Scott Baetz

As founder of SOS Computer Services (and a business owner who likes to have fun), Scott's passion for information technology began nearly 20 years ago as a U.S. Marine after stumbling upon a defunct computer hidden away in a barracks closet. After repairing the PC on his own, his aptitude for IT soon inclined toward programming. He coded his own intelligent software programs which were soon adopted by the USMC, eventually saving the military an estimated three million dollars.

Now, two decades later, Scott has complimented his self-education with two degrees in Computer Science and Organizational Behavior Management, from Brown University. His understanding of business and the inherit need for IT makes SOS well equipped to provide your enterprise with a strong Web presence and to meet your computer and networking demands.

Dan Ankney
Captain Developer

As an invaluable addition to the SOS team, Dan brings along a variety of knowledge including his hardware experience and networking degree. While pursuing his degree, Dan's dedication and hard work paid off as he made the Dean's List in 2002.

His interest in technology developed while working at Comcast where he focused on their High Speed Data and Digital Phone Network. As a member of the Customer Service Department, Dan eventually transitioned into training and received an offer to move into the Network Operations Center. We're very glad to be able to provide Dan an opportunity to continue pursuing his passion for technology.

Jason Pelletier
Captain Coder

Jay is a 2006 Graduate from Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH. He is currently enrolled at Nashua Tech. and will complete his Associates Degree in Computer Science in 2009. Jason is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to programming. Basically, he attends school to assist his teachers!

Jay's technical experience and programming background has been an invaluable addition to SOS.

Kitty Cole
Major Creator

With 20 years of data management experience and professional training in graphic design, Kitty is well equipped to meet the creative and organizational needs of your company. She also possesses the unique ability to provide personalized computer training for many software applications and design tools on both PC and MAC.

Kitty has a Bachelors Degree in Education and has completed certificate programs in Multimedia Graphic Design and Web Site Development from the New England Institute of Art.

Tim Gelinas
Chief Designer

Tim is a 2006 Graduate from Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH and currently attends Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) working toward a degree in New Media Interactive Development. When it comes to making you look good, Tim has got you covered; his passion for graphic and Web design will help to get you pumped about your site.

Evan Shambarger
Deck Hand

Evan is a recent graduate of Central Catholic High School and will be a freshman at Plymouth State University in the fall of 2008 pursuing a Computer Science major.

Evan's time here at SOS Computer Services will be time well spent as he enters the business world focusing on the various aspects of computer programming, design, and repair.
